From the 1950´s, it was the time for the new-rich American to live the good life. Hollywood, General Motors and Coca Cola exported the “American Dream” over the World. Material prosperity, waste consumption, entertainment, big cars, fast food and soft drinks, electronic devices, pin-ups, comfort…

The new rich Americans started mass tourism. Americans traveled with jets over the World and spent money like kings. The population in poor countries were their servants. The Communist countries were compared by material scale against the successful rich America. The Soviet dominated republics and nations had money but not the diversity of articles. We compared the Soviet Union with America and felt pity over the poor people on the other side of the Iron Curtain. How sad they must be, so boring, so boring colors and so few articles. So difficult for them to by a car, must wait 10 years in a queue to finally get an ugly Vaz or Lada. When the happy Americans just could walk into the car dealer, anytime, and buy a battleship to car, comfortable and equipped with AC, tape recorder and cruise control. Fill with gas for some cents per gallon and then cruise with the car to a drive-in-movie, to a drive-in restaurant, to a drive-in motel…

Shoes on the table, Marlboro between the lips, cocktail in the hand and a chewing gum in the mouth. Probably they were not aware that their pretended tough style just was an annoying concentrate of arrogance.  These features of the “American Dream” were exported, welcome or forced, all over the World and this is what put us in the garbage of the environmental disaster where we are today.

But why pandemic? Does not the most virus and flus come from the East? Eventually, but who pushed most for globalization? Who exported their “culture” and language and later connected the World digitally? If it not was them, some other should have done it? But the Americans pushed for their liberal democracy as much as the Communists tried to spread their class revolution over the World. With the difference that the Americans succeeded and the Communists not. And when the Soviet Union broke down, the Russia and the other nations they had connected to their dictatorship still preserved religion, culture and family. Even if we had been taught that Communism exterminated all such bourgeois decadence. The Communist empire failed but the American Global Empire took over the entire World, excluded some countries who suffer economic sanctions because they refused to jump on the Disneyland bandwagon.

So, if all is connected, the diseases and problems are also connected. The American Global dream has made the World extremely sensible. Events on the other side of the globe has immediate effect here. 

War is needless to speak about. Everybody knows that America has voluntary been involved, plotter or instigator in at least 80% of the post World War 2 conflicts.
